Tom Peters is a jazz pianist who has been on the club circuit ever since he was physically able. Heavily influenced by the ravings of drunken genius Tom Waits earlier maladies, Peters maintains that if he smokes enough cigarettes, one day his vocal timbre may one day be akin to that of his idol. “Hope springs eternal” he gasps through plumes of Malboro haze…
Peters is best known for his worldwide smash hit interpretation of Erik Satie’s Gymnopédie – thusly retitled Jazzopédie by Peters in 2014. Despite his smokers breath, we love him!
